I recently had a baker friend in town visiting from Pennsylvania and had such a great time showing him around some of my favorite spots in NYC. It was one of the first times that i’ve had the honor of playing tour guide here. All of the stops on our list were spots that i’ve been shown by others, either in person or online. Experiencing them with another person was like weaving all of these connections and experiences together as we walked the sweltering streets sharing kitchen stories and food memories.
